These terms describe how the Indian Mehek website handles accounts, table reservations, and takeaway orders. They are version 2026-10-26. The registered company name and ABN are not published on this website because they have not been added here. The restaurant can be contacted at 264 Margaret Street and 10 Felix Street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000, or on 07 3211 7354.

Accounts

Creating an account needs your name, email address, Australian mobile number, and a password of at least 8 characters. You also need to accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and service messages about your orders and reservations. Promotional messages are optional.

You choose your own password. Keep it private. This website stores a hash of the password, not the password itself. An account cannot be used to sign in until the email address is verified. If outgoing mail is not configured, no verification message is sent, and the page says so. Passwords from the previous WordPress site are not accepted.

Reservations

A table reservation is free. The website records it at a price of zero and confirms it for the date, time, and party size you choose. Party sizes are 1 to 5, or 6 or more. Bookings can be made up to 30 days ahead, in 15-minute starts, during the restaurant’s bookable hours. Saturday bookings are dinner only.

A reservation is not a takeaway order, and it is not a payment. The website does not take a deposit, a card charge, a cancellation fee, or a no-show fee. Those fees are not configured. To change or cancel a booking, call the restaurant on 07 3211 7354. Food and drinks are paid for at the restaurant.

Takeaway orders

Takeaway is ordered on this website and collected from the restaurant. You pay when you collect. Card charging is not enabled, and the website does not process online refunds. Shipping and home delivery are not offered.

The amount to pay is the total confirmed at checkout. A dish can sell out or leave the menu. If something you ordered is not available, the restaurant will deal with that when you collect or by contacting you. An online order is not a table reservation.

Menu and prices

Dishes, descriptions, and prices can change. The price shown for a takeaway dish when you check out is the price for that order. A displayed menu price and a takeaway price can differ because they are edited separately. This website does not promise that every dish will be available at every service.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate contact details. Use the website for genuine reservations and orders. Do not attempt to use another person’s account, interfere with the website, or submit orders or bookings you do not intend to keep. You are responsible for activity under your password.

Website availability

The website is provided as it is available. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside the restaurant’s control. A confirmed reservation or takeaway order is the record stored by the website at the time it is accepted. Menu photographs are illustrative.
